3. Collection and processing of voluntarily provided data

If you provide us with personal data by e-mail, in our online shop or via the contact form on our website, this is generally done on a voluntary basis. Personal data communicated to us via our Internet page is only stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. After full completion of the transaction, your data will be blocked and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial law regulations, if you have not given us your express consent to further use of the data. If mandatory commercial and tax law retention periods must be observed, the storage period for certain data may be up to 10 years.

4. Forwarding to third parties
