A person-related evaluation of the server log files does not take place. This data cannot be related to specific persons at any time by the provider. A merging of this data with other data sources does not take place.

On our Internet page, we use Google-Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. For example, information is collected about the operating system, the browser, your IP address, the website you called up previously (referrer URL) and the date and time of your visit to our website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if you have activated IP anonymisation on this Internet page, your IP address will be pre-shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Processing regularly takes place in the Member States of the European Union or in other countries that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. 3. Collection and processing of voluntarily provided data

If you provide us with personal data by e-mail, in our online shop or via the contact form on our website, this is generally done on a voluntary basis. This data will be used for contract handling, processing your enquiries and/or orders, for our own market and opinion research and for our own advertising by post. For our own advertising by e-mail, your data will only be used if you have given us your consent. The data collected in this context will be deleted by us as soon as the storage is no longer required. If legal archiving requirements apply, the processing will be restricted by us. If you register in our online shop and create a customer profile, the account information you have entered (especially name, billing and delivery address, telephone number, payment information and e-mail address) will be saved, so that you do not have to re-enter your data every time you place an order. Personal data communicated to us via our Internet page is only stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. After full completion of the transaction, your data will be blocked and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial law regulations, if you have not given us your express consent to further use of the data. If mandatory commercial and tax law retention periods must be observed, the storage period for certain data may be up to 10 years.

4. Forwarding to third parties
If you have provided us with personal data, these will not be passed on to third parties. They will only be passed on

The payment service provider bears responsibility for your payment data. Legal basis for the transfer is the contract execution (Art. 6 para. 1 sub 1 b AVG). We would like to point out that it transfers your personal data to other bodies responsible for payment processing, in particular the relevant credit institutions, banks and credit card companies.
